"Static" zine from Spring 2000 from Barnard College's student-run radio station WBAR in New York, New York.
WBAR was developed in the early 1990s as a freeform alternative to WKCR-FM on the Columbia University campus. Today, WBAR broadcasts online with nearly 100 DJs and also hosts several live concerts a year, including the annual WBAR-B-Q spring outdoor concert.
